Discovery School Choir: 2012

Week of December 10 -14

Our presentation at FICOHSA Bank on Wednesday, December 5th

The Discovery School Choir continues to make us proud. The Choir has been invited to sing in two very prestigious events:

They will sing at the FICOHSA main building on December 5 at 5:00 p.m.
They will perform for the Awards Ceremony at the U.S. Embassy on December 7 at 10:30 a.m.

San Francisco Choir Festival ...take a look!

Discovery Choir still rehearsing every Monday and Friday from 3:00 -4:00.

We are working to participate in the Christmas Choir Festival from Francisco Morazán which will take place on December 12, 2012 at CCI.

Week from Nov. 12 -16, 2012

Discovery Choir next presentation will be at The Christmas Choir Festival for Bilingual Schools.

It will take place at CCI auditorium on December12 from

8:00 12:00

Be there and feel the joy of Christmas with all the children´s voices.

Week from Nov. 5 - 9

We are working to participate in the Christmas Choir Festival for Bilingual Schools of Francisco Morazán.

Rehearsal continue as usual Mondays and Fridays from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Week of Oct. 29 to Nov. 2

It was a great UN Day Celebration on

Thursday Oct. 25!

The Choir sang: Mirá a Honduras (acoustic version)
and Mi Novia Ceiba to the rhythm of Garifuna Drums.

Thanks to Warren Ochoa and Cesar Morga for contributing with their talent to the group.

Week of Oct. 22 -26

Our last presentation took place at Marriott Hotel at the 25th Anniversary of the Adventist Church Children Voices.

It was a success,

we sang our sacred repertoire under the direction of

Ms. Norma López

and Ms. Pamela Cruz at piano.

Week of Oct. 1 - 5

It was a great restart of rehearsals last week!!!!

On Saturday ,September 8th, La Tribuna Newspaper published and article about the 10th Aniversary of The Philharmonic Orchestra in which the Discovery Choir participated.
